We are a united network of small businesses, seasoned professionals, and aviation veterans committed to guiding clients through the complexities of aviation compliance. Rooted in decades of operational and maintenance experience across the full spectrum of aviation, our “team of teams” approach ensures the safest, most effective path forward—driven by a shared passion for aviation and an unwavering dedication to safety.

Agnor Aviation, LLC is a FAA-certified repair station founded in 2019, specializing in aircraft maintenance, repair, and operational support services. With a strong foundation in compliance, Agnor Aviation operates under comprehensive Policy and Procedure Manuals, including the Repair Station and Quality Control Manual, Training Program Manual, and Standard Operating Procedures. These documents ensure adherence to FAA regulations and guide daily operations.
We are authorized to perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, and alterations on a diverse range of aircraft, including Bell Helicopters, Sikorsky, Eurocopter, MD Helicopters, Airbus Military, Cessna, CASA, De Havilland, Fairchild-Swearingen, Pilatus, Allied Signal, General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Turbomeca, and Rolls Royce. The company leverages established relationships with approved vendors and service providers for specialized services such as non-destructive testing, major component overhaul, and avionics certifications.
Expanding its capabilities to support a wide array of piston and turbine-powered fixed-wing and rotary-wing fleets, the company’s operational experience includes airlift activities in austere and hostile environments, enabling it to respond effectively to unforeseen maintenance events. From battle damage repairs on Bell 412 rotor blades in the field to Cessna Caravan wing changes on a boat dock, Agnor Aviation has proven itself as a multifaceted provider of aviation services.

Under the leadership of Asa Agnor, a combat veteran and aviation leader with over 25 years of industry experience, Agnor Aviation has encouraged a culture of individual empowerment, diversity of knowledge, and operational excellence. Asa’s leadership is guided by the Warrior Ethos: "I will always place the mission first, I will never accept defeat, I will never quit, and I will never leave a fallen comrade." This ethos is reflected in Agnor Aviation’s commitment to safety, performance, and innovation.
Agnor Aviation employs a team of highly skilled Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certified technicians, Inspection Authorization (IA) inspectors, Multi-Skilled pilots, and specialized repairmen. All inspectors have a minimum of five years of relevant industry and military experience, with many possessing over 20 years of practical knowledge. Agnor Aviation fosters a culture of continuous improvement, supported by an Approved Training Program and computer-based training platforms such as FAA Safety.gov.
